We strive to give a product that adds value to the community and its neighbourhood watch, by making it easier for a neighbourhood watch to record all events and incidents that occurred during the daily patrol. This information in return makes it easier for the neighbourhood watch to identify problem zones and thus create patrol routes more efficiently by viewing the past routes taken, incidents and events can be taken into consideration. We also help the neighbourhood watches by creating reports that can be sent to Police on a monthly bases.
All residents can download the Mobile App for free and add them to their neighbourhood.
The Watch provides the neighbourhood watches and Estates with the opportunity to improve administrative duties, capture and log incidents, report procedures, record patrols and a lot more.
With our mobile application, you will be able to select the members on patrol, start a patrol session and capture all the suspicious events that occurred while on patrol. It allows you to take pictures as well as write messages with regards to the event.
We offer member reports of all members associated with The Watch as well as an incident report, patrol report and patrol member report.
We allow you to select from an extensive list of incidents the type of incident that occurred as well as capture images and messages with regards to that incident. This can then be viewed by the neighbourhood watch to identify potential problem areas and to notify law enforcement accordingly.
During a patrol, the patrol member will be able to view the map of their current location with markers of all homeowners/tenants locations. This can be used to quickly get owner info in case of emergency.
Residents will have access to add their home address with their personal info as well as edit in case of any changes. They also have quick access to first responder numbers and the emergency button.
Residents will be able to use the distress button incase of emergency. A distress notification will be received by their registered neighbourhood watch. The neighbourhood watch will the option to start the route on maps to the distress location as well as email or call the resident in distress.
